Ron has been an avid golfer since a youngster having began his golf journey as a caddie on ladies day at the age of nine. The vision of participating in competitive golf has been a passion for his entire life. His launching of the former Champions Golf Tour in 2002 began the mission of creating an "inside the ropes" experience for avid golfers of all skill levels. The mission evolved into the current International Players Tour in January, 2008 where he currently serves as CEO and Chief Operating Officer. Ron previously achieved the position of Regional Vice President with an international insurance and securities firm. He held management positions in the retail heavy-duty truck sales & service industry. His career continued with service in supervisory positions with the BNSF railroad prior to his creation of CGT and the International Players Tours. Ron's IPT vision & core value of his business philosophy centers on the belief that the International Players Tour has a divine destiny to make a positive contribution to others. His management philosophy centers on the principle that the whole team's success is dependent on IPT providing all the necessary resources for the success of each individual team partner.

William Conwell

Senior Vice President - Business Development

Bill has held positions as a senior-level technology sales & marketing executive with industry leaders including IBM, AT&T, and smaller software and hardware companies. Bill joined with several ex-IBM peers at XL/Datacomp in 1984, and was one of five key executives that spearheaded growth to $450 Million annual sales by 1989 and a very successful IPO. He served as VP of Business Development for Gemini Consulting and AT&T Solutions through the mid-90’s focused on Business Transformation of Fortune 100 companies and divisions. Bill decided to explore his passion for golf from a business aspect. Bill held both CEO and COO positions with two professional golf tours prior to his joining IPT. He currently holds the position as SVP – Business Development for International Players Tour. In just a short time in the golf business, he has established key executive relationships and partnerships with key golf insiders, celebrities, and tour players from junior ranks to PGA Tour level.

Robert E. Parmenter

Bob is a graduate of Stonehill College with a BA and of Boston College with an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Capital Markets. After graduation from business school he began his business career with British Petroleum (BP) working in the finance department first in Insurance and Risk Management and later in Capital Markets. While at BP Bob was involved in pricing the largest ever tender offer for privately placed bonds and the first ever issuances of Foreign Interest Payment Securities, oil backed bonds and gold backed bonds.

Bob left BP to work for Eaton Corporation. In his twenty years at Eaton he was initially responsible for managing pension fund investments. Later he assumed responsibility for financial planning, cash management, accounts receivable management. Bob was elected Assistant Treasurer and ultimately Vice President and Treasurer. As Treasurer, Bob had responsibility for all of the areas mentioned above as well as all capital markets activities, insurance and risk management, real estate and foreign exchange management.  Bob retired from Eaton in December 2006.

During his career Bob raised over $10 billion of capital to finance acquisition and expansion, managed a portfolio of complex derivative securities, and established the first ever regional treasury center in mainland China for a multinational corporation.
